California, to be Secretary of the Treasury, and that following the 
disposition of the nomination, Senate begin consideration of the 
nomination of David J. Shulkin, of Pennsylvania, to be Secretary of 
Veterans Affairs, and that there be 10 mins of debate on the 
nomination, equally divided in the usual form, and that following the 
use or yielding back of time, Senate vote on confirmation of the 
nomination, with no intervening action or debate; and that no further 
motions be in order; that following Leader remarks on Tuesday, February 
14, 2017, Senate begin consideration of the nomination of Linda E. 
McMahon, of Connecticut, to be Administrator of the Small Business 
Administration; and that the time until 11 a.m. be equally divided in 
the usual form, and that following the use or yielding back of time, 
Senate vote on confirmation of the nomination, with no intervening 
action or debate; and that no further motions be in order.
