officio as Chairman, Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation)

Rao Nomination--Agreement: Senate continued consideration of the 
nomination of Neomi Rao, of the District of Columbia, to be 
Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs,

consideration of the nomination at approximately 11 a.m., on Thursday, 
June 29, 2017, with the time until the vote on the motion to invoke
